From the Barcelona hub, you will own agile delivery, champion common standards, and translate customer needs into scalable software solutions that power end-to-end orchestration and intelligent optimization.

We are looking for a Digital Hub Director to lead a high-performing software team and, from Barcelona, help shape the broad software strategy: an intelligent orchestration system spanning hybrid-fleet automation, end-to-end orchestration of intralogistics resources, an AI engine for continuous optimization and one unified user experience - built on common standards, a common platform and common infrastructure.

Build and lead a software team that delivers with pace, quality and ownership - and turn KION's orchestration vision into shipped capability and real business outcomes. What you will drive

• A high-performing delivery team - build a team known for pace, quality and ownership; agile and SAFe at their best, with teams that commit, challenge the plan and own their outcomes.
• Software strategy & intelligent orchestration - contribute to KION's orchestration platform across hybrid fleets, 360 orchestration, the AI engine and a unified user experience - shaping what is possible, not just delivering tickets.
• One stack, consolidated - drive common standards, a common platform and common infrastructure; break silos and replace fragmentation with a coherent, reusable software foundation.
• Business impact - make our orchestration platform the standard customers demand and grow the software business; connect every engineering effort to customer value, market position and revenue.
• Barcelona's strategic weight - give the Hub a credible, respected voice in KION's software direction, turning a strong delivery site into a place that helps set the agenda.

• Proven software delivery leadership - you have built and led teams that ship; you set a high bar on pace and quality, and people rise to it.
• Agile & software delivery expert - deeply fluent in SAFe, agile and team topologies; obsessed with flow of value, predictability and engineering excellence.
• Software strategist - you see how platforms, orchestration and standards convert into customer adoption, market leadership and growth.
• Ambitious & impact-driven - you want to shape an industry, not just run a site; you bring energy, edge and accountability.
• Commercially sharp - you connect software to customer value and to the business, and you make the case in terms leaders and customers care about.
• Intralogistics / material handling background (a plus) - experience in or familiarity with intralogistics, material handling or related industrial domains is desirable.
