We are looking for a Digital Hub Director to lead a high‑performing software team and, from Barcelona, help shape the broad software strategy: an intelligent orchestration system spanning hybrid‑fleet automation, end‑to‑end orchestration of intralogistics resources, an AI engine for continuous optimisation and one unified user experience — built on common standards, a common platform and common infrastructure.

What You Will Drive

• A high‑performing delivery team — build a team known for pace, quality and ownership; agile and SAFe at their best, with teams that commit, challenge the plan and own their outcomes.
• Software strategy & intelligent orchestration — contribute to KION’s orchestration platform across hybrid fleets, 360° orchestration, the AI engine and a unified user experience — shaping what is possible, not just delivering tickets.
• One stack, consolidated — drive common standards, a common platform and common infrastructure; break silos and replace fragmentation with a coherent, reusable software foundation.
• Business impact — make our orchestration platform the standard customers demand and grow the software business; connect every engineering effort to customer value, market position and revenue.
• Barcelona’s strategic weight — give the Hub a credible, respected voice in KION’s software direction, turning a strong delivery site into a place that helps set the agenda.
