ING Spain is seeking a Digital Content Creator to join the Digital Sales team of Business Banking Spain. The role focuses on performance-driven content across the full digital acquisition ecosystem to attract, activate and convert Self-employed and Micro companies clients.

You will collaborate with Brand, CRO, Paid Media, UX, Legal and Product experts in a fast-moving, data-driven environment, using GenAI for scalable content and continuous optimization.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Content Creator to join our Digital Sales Team of Business Banking Spain

The Digital Sales team in Business Banking Spain is responsible for accelerating digital growth across our Self-employed and Micro companies segment. We focus on attracting, activating and converting clients through simple, relevant and high-performing digital experiences, combining commercial ambition, data-driven decision making and continuous experimentation.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Digital Content Creator you will:

Work in Easy Banking, our Digital Sales B2B team, driving growth for Self-employed and Micro companies in Spain. This is an exciting and strategic segment, with a strong focus on start-ups and entrepreneurs — the backbone of our economy and future growth.

Create performance-driven, conversion-focused content across the full digital acquisition ecosystem, from traffic generation and campaign activation to onboarding flows and lower-funnel conversion optimization.

Your success will be measured by your contribution to overall digital and mobile sales, with a specific focus on owned and paid traffic generation, mid- and lower-funnel conversion, experimentation, A/B testing, SEO/GEO, data analysis and continuous content optimization.

As a Digital Content Creator, you will strengthen ING’s digital presence and directly contribute to business growth objectives by creating content that is clear, client-focused, measurable and optimized for performance. You will work closely with Brand and Comms , CRO experts, Performance/ Paid Media, Digital Marketeers, UX, Legal and Product experts in a fast-moving, data-driven environment where experimentation, collaboration and continuous improvement are key.

What will you work on in our team, and what will you learn to master?

Content, Performance & Optimization

• Adapt conversion‑focused copy for paid media, landing pages, onboarding flows and sales journeys.
• Define and activate below-the-line communication strategies, using GenAI-powered content creation to scale, test and optimize content across social, organic and paid media.
• Define and manage content across multiple digital channels (paid, owned, social, website, comparison platforms), ensuring consistency and performance.
• Translate complex business banking products into clear, client‑focused and actionable messaging.
• Continuously optimize headlines, formats and CTAs to improve CTR, conversion and engagement.
• Monitor market and competitor activity to identify trends, benchmarks and opportunities to improve ING’s digital acquisition performance.

Digital Strategy & Campaign Consistency

• Bring out‑of‑the‑box ideas, challenge the status quo and propose new formats, strategy and approaches.
• Connect campaigns, projects and initiatives to ensure end‑to‑end journey consistency across channels.
• Actively contribute to campaign concepting, content strategy and journey design.

Data, Insights & Reporting

• Use insights from Semrush, Google, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, dashboards and A/B testing to refine and improve content performance.
• Build and maintain a reporting mindset: share learnings, identify improvement opportunities and feed insights back into squads and stakeholders.
• Track content performance across the funnel and help steer optimizations where they matter most.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work as a true team player, collaborating seamlessly with CRO, media, marketing, UX, product and legal stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholders proactively, including constructively challenging legal when needed to balance compliance and performance.
• Share best practices and trends and help raise the overall digital maturity of the team.

• Strong digital experience across multiple channels, understanding how channels complement each other.
• A creative, data‑driven optimizer who thrives on experimentation and continuous learning, with a clear client/user-focus.
• At least 5 years’ experience in digital sales, e-commerce, digital marketing, content management and/or innovation and a strong belief that digital is the way forward
• Feel comfortable using analytical and optimization tools such as Semrush, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Target, Google dashboards and keyword research tools, and be able to translate insights into stronger writing, content decisions and business outcomes.
• B2B expertise / background is preferred, but not a must
• You love collaborating with different people and working within an international context
• You love to challenge the status quo and are eager to propose creative solutions to problems
• You hold a Master’s degree or are qualified with relevant experience
• You are fluent in Spanish and English

Tus responsabilidades clave:

Como Digital Content Creator tú:

• Trabajarás en Easy Banking, nuestro equipo de Digital Sales B2B, impulsando el crecimiento de Autónomos y Microempresas en España. Se trata de un segmento estratégico y emocionante, con un fuerte enfoque en startups y emprendedores — la columna vertebral de nuestra economía y del crecimiento futuro.
• Crearás contenido orientado a performance y conversión a lo largo de todo el ecosistema digital de adquisición, desde la generación de tráfico y la activación de campañas hasta los flujos de onboarding y la optimización de conversión en el lower-funnel.
• Tu éxito se medirá por tu contribución a las ventas digitales y mobile, con especial foco en la generación de tráfico propio y de pago, la conversión en mid- y lower-funnel, la experimentación, los test A/B, SEO/GEO, el análisis de datos y la optimización continua del contenido.
• Como Digital Content Creator , reforzarás la presencia digital de ING y contribuirás directamente a los objetivos de crecimiento del negocio mediante la creación de contenido claro, centrado en el cliente, medible y optimizado para performance. Trabajarás estrechamente con Brand y Comms, expertos en CRO, Performance/Paid Media, Digital Marketeers, UX, Legal y expertos de Producto en un entorno dinámico y data-driven donde la experimentación, la colaboración y la mejora continua son clave.

Content, Performance & Optimization

• Adaptar copy orientado a conversión para paid media, landing pages, flujos de onboarding y customer journeys de venta.
• Definir y activar estrategias de comunicación below-the-line, utilizando contenido generado con GenAI para escalar, testear y optimizar contenidos en social, orgánico y paid media.
• Definir y gestionar contenido en múltiples canales digitales (paid, owned, social, web, plataformas comparadoras), asegurando consistencia y performance.
• Traducir productos complejos de banca de empresas en mensajes claros, centrados en el cliente y accionables.
• Optimizar continuamente titulares, formatos y CTAs para mejorar CTR, conversión y engagement.
• Monitorizar el mercado y la actividad de la competencia para identificar tendencias, benchmarks y oportunidades para mejorar el rendimiento de adquisición digital de ING.

Digital Strategy & Campaign Consistency

• Aportar ideas innovadoras, cuestionar el status quo y proponer nuevos formatos, estrategias y enfoques.
• Conectar campañas, proyectos e iniciativas para asegurar la consistencia end-to-end del journey a través de los canales.
• Contribuir activamente a la conceptualización de campañas, estrategia de contenidos y diseño de journeys.

Data, Insights & Reporting

• Utilizar insights de Semrush, Google, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, dashboards y tests A/B para mejorar el rendimiento del contenido.
• Desarrollar una mentalidad de reporting: compartir aprendizajes, identificar oportunidades de mejora y trasladar insights a squads y stakeholders.
• Hacer seguimiento del rendimiento del contenido a lo largo del funnel y ayudar a priorizar las optimizaciones donde más impacto generen.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Trabajar como un verdadero team player, colaborando con CRO, media, marketing, UX, producto y legal.
• Gestionar stakeholders de forma proactiva, incluyendo el challenge constructivo a legal cuando sea necesario para equilibrar compliance y performance.
• Compartir buenas prácticas y tendencias y contribuir a elevar la madurez digital del equipo.

Experiencia digital sólida en múltiples canales, entendiendo cómo se complementan entre sí.

• Perfil creativo y orientado a datos, con foco en la experimentación y el aprendizaje continuo, y clara orientación a cliente/usuario.
• Al menos 5 años de experiencia en digital sales, e-commerce, digital marketing, content management y/o innovación, con una firme creencia en que el entorno digital es el futuro.
• Comodidad trabajando con herramientas analíticas y de optimización como Semrush, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Target, dashboards de Google y herramientas de keyword research, y capacidad para transformar insights en mejor contenido, decisiones y resultados de negocio.
• Experiencia en B2B es un plus, pero no imprescindible.
• Te gusta colaborar con diferentes perfiles en un entorno internacional.
• Te gusta cuestionar el status quo y proponer soluciones creativas.
• Cuentas con Máster o experiencia equivalente.
• Nivel fluido de español e inglés.
