About the rol :

As Lead Business Owner, responsible for identifying and prioritizing digital projects to offer aftersales products and services online and generate leads that drive aftersales business growth and meet SEAT / CUPRA customer demands. Lead the end-to-end implementation, from definition and approval to market deployment, ensuring seamless collaboration among all stakeholders. Provide a strategic and holistic vision across all projects to ensure coherence and synergies between them.

  • Proactive Execution and Supervision : Plan, organize, execute, and supervise tasks to achieve mission objectives with minimal guidance.
  • Influence Stakeholders : Influence management, suppliers, colleagues, customers, and team members to meet objectives.
  • Research and Analysis : Analyze trends and developments in the specific area of expertise.
  • Comprehensive Problem Analysis : Evaluate challenges and provide effective solutions using accumulated knowledge and experience.
  • Continuous Improvement : Participate in improvement projects by offering generalist or specialist perspectives.
  • Regulations and Standards : Analyze, update, and implement relevant standards, evaluating alternatives where necessary.
  • Define Online Aftersales Strategy : Align online aftersales strategies with business objectives, ensuring an omnichannel experience for all stakeholders.
  • Business Case and KPIs : Define business cases, KPIs, and budgets for digital projects, ensuring approval and maturity across prioritization committees.
  • Monitor Implementation : Identify business needs, monitor performance, and implement countermeasures when necessary.
  • Coordinate Stakeholders : Identify dependencies with key stakeholders like CARIAD and VW Group Brands for digital strategy execution.
  • Autonomous Decision-Making : Make decisions within defined responsibilities and propose strategic initiatives to leadership.
  • Policies and Procedures : Recommend policies, procedures, and impactful use cases to achieve business value.
  • Best Practices and Synergies : Identify best practices, synergies, and new opportunities from markets and digital projects.
  • Objective Fulfillment : Ensure the fulfillment and optimization of functions and processes, with a focus on strategic initiatives.
  • End-to-End Implementation : Oversee E2E implementation of digital use cases, from definition to deployment and KPI achievement.
  • Representation and Communication : Represent leadership in internal / external digital meetings (SEAT, Group Digital, CARIAD) and facilitate communication across departments.
  • Approval and Monitoring : Prepare and present use cases for internal approval (DPT, DPC, CCC, MRKs), ensuring delivery meets business goals.
Requirements :
  • Academical background : Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Languages : English Advanced.
