GMV Spain is expanding teams in the space sector to tackle space projects. You will join a systems development team in aeronautics, contributing to requirements, design, development, validation, commissioning and maintenance using CI/CD workflows.

You will work with Java, C++, and Python, following Docker-based deployments and Harbour deployments where applicable. The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and cross-team knowledge transfer.

Formación

• Proven knowledge of C++ or Java and Python.
• Graduation in computer science or equivalent field.
• Willingness to work across DevOps lifecycle.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

You will join a systems development team in the aeronautical sector (air navigation). You will be involved in all phases of the project’s development (DevOps): requirements definition, system design, software/hardware development, validation, commissioning and maintenance. The team has experience in similar development projects, which will facilitate your learning and the transfer of knowledge.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining system requirements and software architecture.
• Implementing the system (languages: Java, C++ and Python) following CI/CD processes (tools: GitLab, Jenkins,
• Robot Framework) and generating releases (Docker).
• Deployment: Harbour.
• Preparing and updating the necessary documentation.
