Job summary
Alter Domus in Madrid is seeking a Run Operations & DevOps Leader who will bridge Product Engineering and Tech Ops, ensuring new and changed products enter production reliably and securely. You will lead a DevOps team, define automation standards, oversee hybrid cloud infra and CI/CD, coordinate major incidents, and drive continuous improvement across the end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Extensive DevOps and SRE background with enterprise scale.
- Strong leadership and people management experience.
- Proven ability to drive production readiness and change governance.
- Hands-on experience with IaC, containers and CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Define and govern production readiness, service transition and go-live readiness.
- Lead L2/L3 incident management and conduct post-incident reviews.
- Own CI/CD governance and release management across products.
- Oversee secure, scalable CI/CD and GitOps with modern tooling.
- Mentor DevOps engineers and drive reliability improvements.
