• Содействовать Go/No-Go решениям и коммуникациям с международными стейкхолдерами.
• Стимулировать непрерывное улучшение и эволюцию к зрелой DevOps‑модели.

• Lead global release management for the SDW program, ensuring high-quality, timely deliveries
• Coordinate DevOps, SRE, QA, and Operations teams to prepare and deploy releases
• Manage the release roadmap, dependencies, risks, and rollback plans
• Facilitate Go/No-Go decisions and communication with international stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and the evolution toward a mature DevOps model

Требования

• Experience managing global releases in large-scale Agile environments
• Strong knowledge of Release Management, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
• Experience coordinating distributed teams and managing international stakeholders
• Knowledge of testing, deployments, and release governance
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• High level of English
• Nice to have: SRE and operational excellence knowledge, experience with DevOps transformations, experience in insurance, banking, or financial services, experience in multi-vendor and multicultural environments, continuous improvement and process optimization orientation, disability certificate.
