HOUSE OF ABY is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to drive automation and software delivery across complex projects. You will design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and deployment workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will work closely with software developers, QA, security, and product teams to ensure reliable, scalable delivery across the development lifecycle. A hybrid role based in Spain is offered with private health insurance and learning resources.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in a relevant technical field.
• 4+ years in DevOps, CI/CD, or release engineering.
• Experience with Jenkins, Git, Docker, Linux, Python.
• Understanding of artifact management and release strategies.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsabilidades

• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Maintain reproducible dev/test environments with Docker.

Are you passionate about automation, CI/CD, and software delivery? We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join innovative industrial technology projects and help improve the development, testing, and release processes of complex software products. In this role, you will contribute to the design and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and deployment workflows while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Working closely with software developers, QA engineers, security specialists, and product teams, you will help ensure reliable, scalable, and efficient software delivery across the entire development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines to support software development and release activities.
• Develop and manage automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Maintain reproducible development and testing environments using Docker and related technologies.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve software delivery efficiency and release quality.
• Integrate automated testing, code quality, and security checks into CI/CD workflows.
• Manage software artifacts, versioning, and release processes using artifact repositories.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor pipeline performance and delivery metrics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to build systems, deployment pipelines, and development environments.
• Contribute to automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve engineering productivity.
• Document processes, best practices, and operational procedures.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve development workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, Build & Release Engineering, or similar roles.
• Experience with Jenkins, Git, Docker, Linux, and Python.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, software delivery, and release management processes.
• Experience integrating testing, quality, or security checks into development workflows.
• Familiarity with artifact management solutions such as Artifactory or similar tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Professional level of English.
• Based in Madrid or Barcelona.

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from € 40.000 to € 55.000 gross per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
