Job summary

Neotalent Conclusion ищет опытного специалиста DevOps/Platform Engineering для работы над инфраструктурой, CI/CD и управлением облачными сервисами в крупной международной среде. Вы будете проектировать, внедрять и поддерживать конвейеры развертывания, инфраструктуру как код и инфраструктуру наблюдаемости.

Требуются глубокие знания Kubernetes/OpenShift, Terraform, GitHub Actions и автоматизации, а также опыт мониторинга, OpenSearch и Grafana. Английский — высокий уровень.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта в DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering.
• Глубокий опыт в облаках, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Terraform и CI/CD.
• Опыт в наблюдаемости и мониторинге.
• Навыки скриптинга и автоматизации.
• Высокий уровень английского в международной среде.

Responsibilities

• Проектирование, внедрение и поддержка инфраструктуры и конвейеров развёртывания.
• Разработка и поддержка CI/CD, GitHub Actions и автоматизации.
• Управление приложениями, репозиториями, интеграциями и сервисами в GitHub экосистеме.
• Проектирование и улучшение наблюдаемости, мониторинга, дашбордов и KPI‑решений.
• Реализация IaC, работа над масштабируемостью, безопасностью и надёжностью.
• Участие в инцидент‑менеджменте, RCA и непрерывном улучшении.
• Сбор и визуализация метрик по Open Source и InnerSource.

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and automation solutions.
• Manage applications, repositories, integrations, and services within the GitHub ecosystem.
• Design and improve observability, monitoring, dashboards, and KPI solutions.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
• Work on the platform's scalability, security, reliability, and performance.
• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Provide support for collecting, processing, and visualizing metrics related to Open Source and InnerSource.

Требования

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or similar positions.
• Solid experience with cloud, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Terraform, and CI/CD tools.
• Experience in observability and monitoring.
• Experience in scripting and automation.
• High level of English - international environment.
