Airbus Secure Land Communications, S.A. in Madrid seeks a DevOPS Engineer – Cyber-Training Platform & OT Engineer to join an engineering team focused on security by design for information systems.

You will help deploy cyber-range infrastructures, create realistic training scenarios, and ensure robust system hardening across Linux and Windows. Responsibilities include building CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, automating deployments with Python and Bash, and mentoring others in Windows security and

Formación

• Master's Degree in Cybersecurity Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven cyber defense apprenticeship or similar experience in high-stakes environments (Military Academies, Aerospace, or Defense).
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNA, Stormshield CSNA valued.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deploy automated simulation infrastructures on CyberRange platforms.
• Develop realistic training scenarios and hybrid CTF challenges.
• Develop cross-platform hardening scripts (Linux/Windows).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and automate deployments with Python and Bash.
• Lead integration of emerging technologies into training modules (AI-driven threat detection, drones).
• Deliver high-level training modules on Windows Security and network defense to institutional/military clients.
