Client Server is seeking a DevOps Engineer (Azure) to join Madrid onsite and help build modern internal platforms for developers and business users, with self-service tooling and cloud-native infrastructure.

The role focuses on scalable platform capabilities, collaboration with stakeholders, and implementing AI-assisted tooling to improve productivity and delivery. English fluency and a strong product mindset are essential.

Formación

• Strong Python development skills.
• Commercial experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

DevOps Engineer (Azure) Madrid onsite to €130,000

Are you a DevOps Engineer who enjoys building developer platforms that enable engineering teams to move faster while maintaining security, governance and reliability?

You could be progressing your career at a technology driven organisation where you'll play a key role in designing and delivering modern internal platforms that empower developers and business users through self-service tooling, automated workflows and cloud-native infrastructure.

As a DevOps Engineer you'll design and build scalable platform capabilities that simplify deployments, streamline software delivery and provide a consistent developer experience. Collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders, you'll translate real-world requirements into robust platform solutions, balancing developer autonomy with operational control.

You’ll also champion engineering best practices across development teams, helping to improve code quality, testing and delivery processes. As AI continues to transform software development, you’ll evaluate and integrate AI assisted and agentic coding tools into engineering workflows, driving measurable improvements in productivity and developer experience.

Location:

You’ll be based in Madrid on a fulltime basis (Monday to Friday).

About you:

• You have studied at a top 10 university in Spain (or top 200 globally) and have achieved 9.0 and above in Bachillerato and 7.0 and above, gained at a top tier university, MSc or PhD advantageous
• You have a product mindset, treating internal platforms as products and continually improving them based on user feedback
• You have strong systems thinking and understand the complexities of distributed systems and cloud native architectures
• You have strong Python development skills
• You have commercial experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps, CI/CD pipelines and public cloud platforms, Azure preferred
• You enjoy collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and can communicate complex concepts clearly
• You're naturally curious, enjoy solving difficult technical challenges and continually seek to improve how software is built and delivered
• You have fluent English language skills
