Acid Tango, estudio digital en Gijón, busca un Senior Cloud Platform Engineer para diseñar y evolucionar plataformas en AWS. Será responsable de infraestructuras multi-cuenta, gobernanza, seguridad y automatización con IaC, apoyando a equipos de ingeniería y producto.

Se valora experiencia en CI/CD, observabilidad y FinOps. El rol ofrece trabajo híbrido con clientes internacionales, salario competitivo y presupuesto educativo anual.

Formación

• 4+ años de experiencia en Cloud/DevOps o roles similares.
• Sólido conocimiento de AWS y entornos multi-cuenta.
• Experiencia con IaC (CDK y/o CloudFormation).
• Conocimiento de IAM, seguridad y gobernanza en la nube.
• Familiaridad con CI/CD y automatización.
• Habilidades de solución de problemas y comunicación técnica.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar, construir y evolucionar plataformas y infraestructuras en AWS.
• Gestionar entornos AWS multi-cuenta con AWS Organizations y Control Tower.
• Automatizar aprovisionamiento y gobernanza con IaC.
• Definir estándares de seguridad, observabilidad y FinOps.

We're currently looking for a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer (AWS) to join our team.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in AWS cloud architecture, platform engineering and automation, capable of designing and evolving secure, scalable and well-governed cloud environments.

You'll work across cloud architecture, Infrastructure as Code, multi-account governance, security, observability and FinOps, collaborating closely with Architecture, Cybersecurity, Networking, Operations and software engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Design, build and evolve corporate cloud platforms and infrastructure on AWS.
• Design and manage multi-account AWS environments using AWS Organizations and AWS Control Tower.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration and governance using Infrastructure as Code.
• Define and implement cloud standards and best practices around security, observability, reliability and FinOps.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Build internal self-service tools and platform capabilities for engineering and product teams.
• Define and manage IAM strategies, roles, policies and access controls across complex AWS environments.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Cybersecurity, Networking and software engineering teams to design scalable cloud solutions.
• Improve platform reliability through monitoring, logging, metrics and observability.
• Automate repetitive operational and governance processes using Python and cloud-native tooling.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents across cloud infrastructure, networking, security and distributed systems.
• Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to the continuous evolution of the cloud platform.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate processes across the organization.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, SRE or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and operating AWS environments.
• Experience with AWS Organizations, AWS Control Tower and multi-account governance.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, ideally using AWS CDK and/or CloudFormation.
• Experience with IAM, IAM Identity Center and cloud security best practices.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, ideally using GitHub Actions or similar tooling.
• Scripting and automation experience with Python.
• Good understanding of cloud networking and distributed systems.
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging and observability in cloud environments.
• Understanding of FinOps principles, cloud cost optimization and resource governance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, networking and security layers.
• Experience resolving complex incidents in production cloud environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives proactively.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS CDK in production environments.
• Experience designing or evolving AWS landing zones.
• Knowledge of Service Control Policies (SCPs) and organization-wide governance strategies.
• Experience with AWS CloudWatch, Datadog and/or OpenTelemetry.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Terraform.
• Experience building internal developer platforms or self-service cloud tooling.
• Knowledge of FinOps practices, cost allocation, budgeting and cloud optimization.
• Experience working in large organizations with complex security, networking and governance requirements.
• Experience collaborating with Architecture and Cybersecurity teams on cloud architecture standards and design reviews.
