Confidencial busca un Platform Engineer para unirse al equipo de ingeniería de una empresa SaaS internacional en crecimiento. Trabajarás en infraestructura y herramientas que permiten a equipos de desarrollo construir, desplegar y operar software con fiabilidad a gran escala.

Se valorará experiencia en Kubernetes, AWS, IaC y prácticas modernas de DevOps. Se ofrece un modelo de trabajo híbrido en Madrid y un entorno internacional.

Formación

• Experiencia práctica con Kubernetes en entornos de producción.
• Amplio uso de AWS y servicios en la nube.
• Conocimiento de CI/CD y despliegues modernos.
• Experiencia con GitOps y ArgoCD es valorada.
• Scripting en Python o Bash es una ventaja.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar, construir y operar infraestructura basada en Kubernetes a escala.
• Trabajar con AWS y servicios nativos de la nube.
• Mejorar la fiabilidad, escalabilidad y rendimiento de la plataforma.
• Construir y mantener infraestructura con Terraform (IaC).
• Desarrollar CI/CD y flujos GitOps.

We are looking for a Platform Engineer to join the engineering team of a fast-growing international SaaS company building a highly scalable enterprise platform used by millions of users worldwide. This is an opportunity to join a highly technical, international engineering environment where Kubernetes and AWS are at the core of the platform. You will work on the infrastructure and tooling that enable engineering teams to build, deploy and operate software reliably at scale. The role combines cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, automation, Infrastructure as Code and modern DevOps/Platform Engineering practices.

What you'll be doing

• Design, build and operate Kubernetes-based infrastructure at scale.
• Work extensively with AWS and cloud-native services.
• Improve the reliability, scalability and performance of the platform.
• Build and maintain infrastructure through Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
• Develop and improve CI/CD and GitOps workflows.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment and operational processes.
• Work with tools such as ArgoCD, Helm and Kubernetes.
• Improve monitoring, observability and platform reliability.
• Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, SREs and other Platform Engineers.
• Participate in technical and architectural decisions around the evolution of the platform.

What we're looking for

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Strong professional experience with AWS.
• Experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code technologies.
• Good understanding of containers, cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
• Experience with CI/CD and modern deployment practices.
• Knowledge of GitOps and ArgoCD is highly valued.
• Automation/scripting experience with Python, Bash or similar is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Professional English level.
• Comfortable working 3 days per week from the Madrid office.
