Grupo Oesía is seeking a DevOps Engineer/SRE to join our digital team in Madrid. You will design, develop and enhance production-grade solutions, tackling real-world challenges alongside a multidisciplinary team.

You'll design and maintain system images (ISO, OVA/OVF), manage Proxmox virtualization, deploy and operate Kubernetes clusters, and implement IaC/CI/CD automation in air-gapped environments. Strong scripting skills required.

Formación

• Solid experience as a DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer.
• Experience creating and maintaining system images (ISO, VM templates).
• Knowledge of OVA/OVF formats.
• Experience managing virtualization with Proxmox.
• Hands-on Kubernetes cluster deployment and administration.
• Scripting for automation (Bash, Python or similar).
• Familiarity with IaC and CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of networking, storage, and security in virtualized environments.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY ROLE?

• Solid experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or similar role.
• Experience in creating and maintaining system images (ISO, virtual machine templates).
• Knowledge of and experience working with OVA/OVF formats.
• Experience managing virtualization environments with Proxmox.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including cluster deployment, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience deploying applications in environments with limited connectivity or without internet access (air-gapped/offline environments).
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar) for automation tasks.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of networking, storage, and security within virtualized environments.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Design, build, and maintain system images (ISO, OVA/OVF) for platform deployment across different environments.
• Manage and administer virtualization infrastructure based on Proxmox.
• Deploy, operate, and maintain Kubernetes clusters.
• Design and implement deployment strategies for environments with limited or isolated connectivity (air-gapped environments), including the management of local repositories and registries.
• Automate build, packaging, and deployment processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure applications are packaged and deployed in a secure and reproducible manner.
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve incidents in production and pre-production environments.
• Document installation, upgrade, and maintenance processes for the different environments.
