Join Plexus Tech. We are looking for a Technical Product Owner/Project Manager profile with a background in mobile APP development to join an important and stable project in the banking sector in Madrid.

Responsible for designing, validating and coordinating the implementation of technological solutions that support the functional and non-functional requirements of a banking application.

Acting as a bridge between development, architecture and business teams, ensuring that the proposed solutions are viable, scalable, secure and aligned with the entity's standards.

Requirements

• Design of technical solutions for new functionalities or integrations, taking into account the existing architecture and the system's evolution needs.
• Impact analysis of functional or technological changes, ensuring the stability of banking systems.
• Liaison with architecture, security, infrastructure and development teams to align technical decisions with corporate guidelines.
• Definition of non-functional requirements such as performance, availability, traceability, scalability or regulatory compliance.
• Technical support to the development team, resolving technical queries, validating designs and providing support during implementation.
• Technical quality monitoring, participating in code reviews, performance testing or security validations when necessary.
