Plexus Tech is seeking a Tech Lead with at least five years of Java and Spring Boot experience to contribute to a product's architecture and roadmap. You will be responsible for guiding the technical direction, mentoring developers, and ensuring robust, scalable solutions within a hybrid work model across Spain.

The role involves leading high-load, performance-critical projects, coordinating on-call rotations, and collaborating with a skilled team to deliver on ambitious timelines.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Java 8 or higher and Spring Boot.
• Experience in monolithic architectures, preferably in high–complexity projects; microservices experience valued.
• Willingness to work on a currently monolithic project evolving to decoupled architectures.
• Experience in high-load projects with performance/latency requirements; real-time systems valued.
• Experience in event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, MQTT, RabbitMQ, or equivalents).
• Availability for 24/7 on-call rotations and occasional travel.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Java 8 or higher and Spring Boot.
• Experience in monolithic architectures, preferably in demanding and high–complexity projects. Experience in microservices architectures will be positively valued.
• Willingness to participate in a currently monolithic project that will progressively evolve towards more decoupled architectures.
• Experience in high-load projects with strong requirements in optimization, performance, and latency. Experience in real‑time systems and concurrency will be especially valued.
• Experience in event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, MQTT, RabbitMQ, or equivalents).
• Important: Availability for 24/7 on‑call rotations and occasional travel.
