Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in Asset Management or Renewable Energy Operations.
• Proficiency in English (B2-C1) and Spanish (C1-C2) written and spoken.
• Experience in contract management and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Asset Manager in day-to-day management of wind farm portfolio, ensuring performance targets and preparing asset reports.
• Monitor operational performance: availability, production, incidents, losses and KPIs; oversee energy sales, PPA obligations, settlements and forecasts.
• Coordinate with O&M contractors and other service providers; track performance against contracts, KPIs and SLAs.
• Administer O&M agreements; support renewals, amendments, negotiations and compliance monitoring; manage performance reviews and warranty actions.
• Manage land lease agreements and communications with landowners and external stakeholders.
• Support insurance policy administration and claims coordination with insurers.
• Review and validate invoices; monitor expenditures; assist budget and cost control.
• Perform monthly operating cost analyses and support revenue reconciliation.
• Support HSE compliance, audits and corrective action tracking.
• Contribute to asset optimization initiatives (lifetime extension, repowering, hybridization).
