Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a senior, highly operational position focused on translating strategic priorities into execution, coordinating business and support functions, monitoring performance, and ensuring that projects and initiatives progress according to plan.

The successful candidate will combine strong business judgement with a hands‑on approach and will be able to represent or deputise for the Managing Director when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the prioritisation and allocation of resources across projects and departments.
  • Work closely with Finance on budgets, forecasts, margins, operating costs, cash flow and the financial impact of business decisions.

  • Ensure an effective handover from commercial opportunities to project execution.
  • Coordinate activities with subsidiaries, branches, partners, agents and local teams involved in international projects.
  • Monitor operational, commercial, financial and reputational risks and promote appropriate mitigation measures.
  • Represent and deputise for the Managing Director in internal and external meetings when required.
  • Drive process improvement, standardisation, reliable data and a strong culture of accountability and execution.

  • Previous experience in operations, sales, business development, project management, management control or finance, with responsibility for results and decision‑making.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary and international teams.
  • Strong ability to coordinate several departments and follow up on priorities, budgets, deadlines, risks and management actions.
  • International experience and exposure to multinational projects, multicultural teams and international clients or partners will be highly valued.
