V&C Associates is seeking a Multi-Product Designer to lead creative development across casual outerwear, shirts and bottoms, with denim at the heart of the role. This hands-on position requires turning concept into fabric, wash and fit for bulk production, in collaboration with offshore teams, mills and clients.

You will design trend-led ranges, specify washes and finishes, and ensure alignment with market needs.

Formación

• Senior designer with proven ability to lead denim-focused ranges.
• Experience across casual outerwear, shirts and bottoms for high-street brands.
• Hands-on with mills and laundries, from concept to bulk.

Responsabilidades

• Design original, trend-led ranges across casual outerwear, shirts and bottoms.
• Lead denim design: fits, silhouettes, fabrication, wash, finish and detailing.
• Develop wash concepts and create tech packs with wash specs.
• Collaborate with mills, laundries and clients to refine wash standards.
• Create sketches and digital illustrations; present collections to clients.
• Guide offshore teams to meet design specs and deadlines.
