Ayvens invites an experienced Delivery Manager for Integration Services to lead the successful delivery of projects and services in a global, cross‑domain environment.

You will oversee planning, execution, and governance across initiatives, monitor capacity and performance, and collaborate with offshore MSPs to align priorities and outcomes. The role emphasizes stakeholder management, data‑driven decision making, and continuous improvement in a multinational setting.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing software engineering or technology delivery teams in enterprise environments.
• Experience working with Managed Service providers and offshore teams across multiple time zones.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and iterative software delivery practices.
• Knowledge of APIs, middleware, distributed systems, and systems integration concepts.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as French are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Integration Services projects and maintenance activities, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and quality delivery.
• Monitor team capacity and performance, ensuring effective resource allocation and workload balancing.
• Collaborate with offshore Managed Service providers to align priorities and drive successful outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder communication and engagement, ensuring transparency on objectives, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify delivery risks and implement proactive mitigation plans to ensure project success.
• Drive continuous improvement of project delivery processes, methodologies, and governance practices.
• Maintain project reporting, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to manage dependencies and alignment with goals.
