easyJet Airline Company PLC in Barcelona is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead the Mission-level delivery across multiple squads within the eCommerce Platform Delivery team. Hybrid working available, you will collaborate with engineering, product, and architecture to drive agile delivery and value.

You will optimise priorities, manage risk, and foster high-performance squads while aligning with technical standards such as AWS, APIs, and mobile platforms.

As an Delivery Manager within the eCommerce Platform Delivery team, you will take accountability for changes to systems & applications as well as multiple squads within a defined Mission. You will work closely with engineering, product, and architecture teams to facilitate agile delivery, ensure squads achieve their objectives efficiently, and foster high-performing teams. You will enable seamless integration across channels, platforms, and services, drive operational agility, and support the continuous delivery of new customer-facing features.

What you'll be doing:

• Own the Mission-level delivery of features and initiatives across multiple squads, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, agile principles, and continuous value delivery
• Define squad priorities and outcomes while enabling teams to self-organise and deliver value efficiently
• Balance workload and capacity across squads, optimising delivery pace, quality, and operational reliability
• Partner with Technical Product Owners and Lead Software Engineers to ensure initiatives are feasible, scalable, and aligned with technical standards
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and conflicts across squads and Missions, ensuring proactive resolution and continuity of delivery
• Foster a high-performance culture within squads, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Advocate for consistent agile practices and frameworks across the Mission to accelerate delivery and improve operational agility
• Engage stakeholders and delivery partners to communicate progress, manage expectations, and ensure outcomes meet business and customer objectives

Requirements of the Role

What you'll bring to the team

• Takes ownership of delivery, setting clear targets, monitoring progress, adapting plans, and motivating squads to achieve outcomes
• Demonstrates strong business awareness, considering cost, operational impact, and long-term implications of decisions
• Guides and develops teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management to foster a high-performance culture
• Builds positive and constructive relationships across teams and stakeholders, communicating clearly and influencing effectively
• Extensive experience delivering in high-transaction, technology-driven environments using agile methodologies
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple squads, manage dependencies, and align delivery across Missions
• Familiarity with cloud and commerce technologies such as AWS, APIs, mobile platforms, and analytics, with the ability to engage in technical discussions
• Practical and innovative problem-solving skills, applying structured approaches to overcome challenges
