CBRE in Madrid seeks a highly motivated Debt Advisory & Structured Finance professional to help execute real estate financing and refinancing mandates across asset classes. You will analyze financial data, build models, prepare client materials, and coordinate with multiple business lines to deliver high-quality solutions.

Fluency in English and Spanish and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential. This role offers exposure to market-leading transactions and opportunities for career growth

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering or related.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate finance, debt advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, lending, consulting or capital markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse financial, operational, and market information to support debt raising, refinancing, and capital structure advisory mandates.
• Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including financing memoranda, lender presentations, executive summaries, term sheet comparisons, and transaction reports.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate financing alternatives, debt capacity, leverage metrics, and transaction structures.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Investment Properties, Valuation, Research, Capital Markets, and other specialist divisions to gather and consolidate information.
• Support lender engagement processes, including preparing marketing materials, managing data requests, and tracking lender feedback.
• Conduct market research on financing trends, lender appetite, capital markets dynamics, and transaction comparables.
• Contribute proactively to business development initiatives and the continuous improvement of team processes and materials.

The finalcandidate will play a central role in transaction execution, financialanalysis, preparation of client materials, and coordination with variousbusiness lines across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate finance, debt advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, lending, consulting, or capital markets.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
