Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Spain is seeking a Database Administrator (L3 Support) to provide expert L3 support and administration for enterprise database environments, with a focus on Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB and MariaDB, in a hybrid Madrid office.

You will install, configure, upgrade and migrate databases, perform backups and maintenance, monitor health and performance, and collaborate with ITIL-based teams to ensure HA, DR and security compliance.

• 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator in enterprise environments.

• 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB and MariaDB.
• Experience with database installation, configuration, monitoring, backup and recovery.
• Knowledge of performance tuning, capacity management and database optimization.
• Experience supporting high availability, replication and disaster recovery solutions.
• Familiarity with security, compliance and database governance best practices.
• Experience working within ITIL‑based support environments.
• Professional level of English.

WHERE AND WHEN?

Workplace: Hybrid (Madrid) Office attendance: 3 days per week Work Schedule: 12x5 coverage (8:00-17:00 / 10:00-19:00)
