Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Data Security & DLP Analyst (AI Training) to help build safer AI systems. You will analyze data security scenarios across cloud and enterprise environments, classify data sensitivity, and evaluate prevention and response strategies.

This remote, hourly-contract role offers flexible hours (10–40 hours/week) and the chance to shape AI training data under privacy regulations such as GDPR.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data security, compliance, or security operations.
• Familiar with DLP tools, data classification frameworks, and privacy concepts (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA)
• Practical understanding of how sensitive data moves, gets exposed, and gets protected in modern environments
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
• Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
