HappyRobot Inc. is looking for a data-savvy Product Analytics professional to help make data a core part of HappyRobot’s products. You’ll work with Product, Engineering, and ML teams to measure how changes to models, agents, and features affect real-world performance and business impact.

You will design experiments, define meaningful metrics, and build dashboards across millions of conversations to guide product roadmaps and improve customer outcomes.

Formación

• 4+ years in Data Science, Product Analytics, or similar quantitative role.
• Experience with experimental design, A/B tests, statistics and causal inference.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Ability to translate ambiguous product questions into rigorous analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, or ML teams.
• High attention to detail and commitment to analytical accuracy.
• Founder mindset: ownership, independence, curiosity.

Responsabilidades

• Define and track product, feature, and agent-level metrics.
• Design, run, and interpret A/B tests for model changes and product features.
• Measure how agent performance affects client outcomes and efficiency.
• Link offline model evaluations with production performance and business impact.
• Conduct deep analyses across conversations and workflows to identify opportunities.
• Investigate anomalies, perform root-cause analyses, and recommend improvements.
• Build statistical models, simulations, and analytical frameworks for decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering to improve instrumentation and data quality.
• Create dashboards and self-serve tools for teams to understand performance.
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
