Plain Concepts Group in Spain is seeking a senior AI/ML engineer to design and develop AI solutions for challenging projects, and to build production‑level ML/AI models.

You will implement MLOps for automated deployment and monitoring, analyze data, train and optimize models, and bring AI components into production with scalable pipelines.

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML/CS

Responsabilidades

• Participate in design and development of AI solutions for challenging projects.
• Build production‑level ML/AI solutions with solid software engineering principles.
• Implement MLOps automated deployment and monitoring for models and infrastructure.
• Perform data analysis including cleaning and transformation.
• Develop and train ML/AI models.
• Put AI models into production with parallelization, optimization, testing.

• Participating in the design and development of AI solutions for challenging projects
• Building production level ML/AI solutions, with solid software engineering and ML/AI principles
• MLOps Automated deployment and monitoring (models and infrastructure)
• Data analysis (data cleaning, variable transformation, etc.)
• Developing and training ML/AI models
• Putting AI models into production. This means parallelizing, optimizing, tuning, testing the models to deploy in a production environment

• Strong team player mindset
• Experience working with Azure or other cloud-based solution
• Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding tools in real development workflows
• Strong skills in Python and reasonable SQL understanding
• Hands-on experience across the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from development to production deployment, including designing and building scalable ML pipelines (MLOps experience is very valuable for the team)
• Experience building an “end-to-end software product” which has AI or Machine Learning components
• More than 5 years of experience in AI / Machine Learning / Computer Science
• Constant drive to learn and ability to learn quickly
• Fluent spanish (mandatory)
• Experience in testing as essential part of development (unit, integration, etc.)
• Knowledges in NLP and Computer Vision
• Fluent english (international environment)
• Experience with Big Data tools and cloud platforms (especially Azure)
• RESTful API development and DevOps practices (docker, CI/CD)
• Familiarity with recommendation systems, unsupervised learning, and ranking models
• Cognitive services, Agentic AI..
• Strong object-oriented programming skills
• Knowledge of TensorFlow Lite, TensorFlow Serving, gRPC, and unit testing
