Plain Concepts Group is hiring an AI Engineer/Data Scientist to join our international AI/ML squad. You will train, deploy, and implement groundbreaking AI developments and contribute to production-grade ML/AI capabilities across client projects.

You will work on end-to-end AI software, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and can work from home or in our offices. AGILE methodology and ownership of projects are core to our approach.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in AI/ML/CS.
• Experience delivering end-to-end AI/ML products.
• Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Experience with Generative AI incl. LLM-based apps and RAG architectures.

You will be responsible for:

• Participating in the design and development of AI solutions for challenging projects.
• Building production level ML/AI solutions, with solid software engineering and ML/AI principles.
• MLOps Automated deployment and monitoring (models and infrastructure).
• Developing and training ML/AI models.
• Putting AI models into production. This means parallelizing, optimizing, tuning, testing the models to deploy in a production environment.

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in AI / Machine Learning / Computer Science.
• Experience building an “end-to-end software product” which has AI or Machine Learning components.
• Experience working with Azure or other cloud-based solutions.
• Experience developing Generative AI solutions including LLM-based applications, RAG architectures, AI agents, or multi-agent systems.
• Strong skills in Python and reasonable SQL understanding.
• Experience in testing as essential part of development (unit, integration, etc.).
• Knowledges in NLP and Computer Vision.
• Hands‑on experience across the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from development to production deployment, including designing and building scalable ML pipelines.
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, Pytorch...) and MLOps tools (MLOps experience is very valuable for the team).
• Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding tools in real development workflows.
• Constant drive to learn and ability to learn quickly.
• Strong team player mindset.
• Fluent spanish (mandatory).

Very nice to have:

• Experience with Big Data tools and cloud platforms (especially Azure).
• RESTful API development and DevOps practices (docker, CI/CD).
• Strong object-oriented programming skills.
