Talent Search Technology in Madrid seeks a data scientist to drive data preparation, ML modeling, and impactful visualization for stakeholders. You will collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and software teams to push models into production, validate data, and translate findings into dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.

Strong skills in statistics and machine learning are required; knowledge of AI/ML architecture is a plus.
