Amaris Consulting seeks a Senior Data Scientist to join an international team and drive AI initiatives in production. You will develop and deploy ML solutions, transform business challenges into data-driven opportunities, and collaborate with product teams across global clients.

Spanish fluency is required and you will work in an agile environment. The role requires 5+ years in data science or ML engineering, strong Python skills, experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch, and cloud/big data

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer.
• Proficient in Python for ML development.
• Experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
• Strong knowledge of ML algorithms, neural networks, model evaluation techniques, and Git usage.
• Familiar with AWS services (S3, Lambda), Databricks, MongoDB, Apache Airflow, Jenkins and Big Data technologies.
• Proven end-to-end ML project development and deployment in production.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, deploy, and monitor AI/ML models in production.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Product teams, and stakeholders.
• Design, optimize, and maintain data pipelines and analytical solutions.
• Create rapid Proofs of Concept using Python, Streamlit, and ML frameworks.
• Stay current with industry trends in AI/ML, CV, NLP, and Generative AI.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and deploying AI and Machine Learning solutions in production environments, transforming business challenges into data-driven opportunities. Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency with Python for Machine Learning and AI development.
• Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
• Solid knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms, neural networks, model evaluation techniques, and software development best practices, as well as version control tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with AWS services (S3, Lambda), Databricks, MongoDB, Apache Airflow, Jenkins, and Big Data technologies.
• Proven experience with end-to-end Machine Learning project development and deployment in production environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Develop, prototype, and deploy AI and Machine Learning solutions to address complex business challenges.
• Create rapid Proofs of Concept using Python, Streamlit, and Machine Learning frameworks.
• Design, optimize, and maintain data pipelines, models, and analytical solutions to ensure scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful data-driven solutions.
• Participate in the development of forecasting models, optimization algorithms, recommendation systems, Computer Vision, NLP, and Generative AI initiatives.
• Implement Machine Learning and Deep Learning models in production environments using cloud and Big Data technologies.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, NLP, and Generative AI.
