INVENSITY is a technology and innovation consultancy seeking a Data Scientist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in data science, predictive maintenance, and sensor technologies. The role emphasizes Python, large-scale data processing, and strong statistical skills, with opportunities to work on safety-critical systems.

You will collaborate with agile teams on-site in Barcelona, Spain, and benefit from flexible scheduling, training via our internal Academy, and a modern, dynamic work

Formación

• Degree in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in Data Science with focus on predictive maintenance, sensor technologies, or aerospace.
• Strong background in processing large-scale data and understanding statistical patterns.

Your profile

• Degree in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Data Science—ideally with a focus on predictive maintenance, sensor technologies, or the aerospace industry
• Strong background in processing large-scale data and a deep understanding of statistical patterns and modeling
• Proficient in Python programming, especially in data-centric applications
• Experience with tools and platforms like Kubernetes, Jenkins, Apache Spark, or Apache Airflow is a big plus
• Passionate about metrology, software development, algorithm design, sensor tech, predictive maintenance, and statistics
• Fluent in English and business-proficient in Spanish
