Hudl is seeking a Support Specialist to join our team, focusing on data products. You will work directly with clients from diverse organizations, helping them make the most of our solutions by understanding their pain points and providing clear, empathetic guidance.

Based near London or Barcelona, you’ll be part of a hybrid team with in-office days and strong collaboration with product teams. Fluency in English plus another European language is highly valued.

Formación

• Must have data fluency with Python or R and strong SQL for data cleaning.
• Excellent client-facing communication with empathy and clarity.
• Strong problem-solving with ownership and reliability.
• Collaborate with product teams to advocate for customer needs.
• Multilingual English plus at least one other European language.
