ING is seeking a Data Management Expert to join the Delivery Team of Data & AI in Spain. You will own end-to-end analysis, definition and deployment of information platform use cases, transforming business requirements into data-driven insights for customers, regulators, and the organization.

You will collaborate with multiple squads to evolve the data ecosystem, driving change and ensuring data platforms meet stakeholders' needs while maintaining strong data quality and governance.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree and minimum 5 years of experience.
• Experience with Data Lake / Data Warehousing, including Data Marts modeling, ETL and reporting.
• Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks.
• Experience with reporting tools like MicroStrategy, IBM Cognos and Power BI.
• Agile experience for more than 2–3 years.
• Clear written and spoken English for stakeholders.
• Ability to contribute to strategic data platform definitions and link business strategy to data initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Your role and work environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Data Management Expert to join our Delivery Team of Data & AI Data & AI is focused on BE extremely personal and relevant BY turning data into rational and emotional benefits TO maximize value and customer engagement USING the 5 Right's principles (The right data is in the right place at the right time for the right people on the right way). In order to achieve this mission, we are looking for a Data Management CJE who help us to evolve our Data Ecosystem. You have an end-to-end responsibility for the analyze, define and start-up the Informational platform use cases. You are passionate about improving the client experience and have a broad knowledge on data models to create the basements for decision-make and provide insights to our customers, regulators and the rest of the organization. You work in the Data & AI tribe in Spain together with other experts, building, defining, and deploying our new Data platform, providing data to our stakeholders in order to cover their need regarding informational and translating functional requirements to the technical team. You will initiate new and drive change, working closely with customers and key stakeholders on vision, strategy, and the road map. You are a team player and motivator. You are actively involved in the maintenance, development and realization of new data management capabilities. As an expert, you will deliver all the necessary business know-how and skills within the Squads to realize the shared purpose. As a Data Management CJE, you will report to the CJE Business Lead of Data & AI tribe.

Your key responsibilities

• You will have an end-to-end responsibility for the development of information use cases for reporting and analytics.
• Contribute as a key member of the squad, you will provide a broad knowledge on data models taking business requirements from operational systems and elaborating information mappings for the development members.
• In collaboration with different squads and CoE (all together) define new requirements over Functional Data Architecture and Data Management Framework (WoW, Glossary, Metadata, Data Quality, Governance…)
• You will be responsible for the definitions of ready and done, and acceptance criteria for user stories in coordination with the team.

What are we looking for?

• We contribute to the ING One Agile Way of Working and safeguard the Orange Code.
• Own a master or bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Have proven experience in Data Lake / Data Warehousing platforms, specially within Data Marts Modeling, ETL processes and Reporting, including value proposition design, performance improvements and platform data quality monitoring.
• Knowledge on Data Governance and Quality frameworks.
• Knowledge on reporting tools such as Micro Strategy, IBM Cognos, Power BI.
• Knowledge on the new trends about data management such us Data Fabric, Data Mesh, Data Virtualization …
• Agile working experience for more than 2-3 years.
• Be able to communicate clearly (written and oral) to different stakeholders (advanced English is required).
• Be able to participate in the definition of data platform in strategic terms, linking current events and business strategy.
• Have strong analytical skills and create models to take decisions based on data and facts.
• Have strong analytical and judgement skills (recognize key information, organize problem identification, research, various methods of analysis, establishment of connections, etc.).
• Be a team player, stimulate cross-border interaction and alignment between people, Squads & Chapters.
• Be curious, passionate about innovation and stay on top of trends and developments within Data world.
• Are creative and a pro-active out-of-the-box thinker who likes to work in a multidisciplinary team in an agile environment.
• You give and ask for constructive feedback.

Tus puesto y entorno de trabajo: Buscamos una persona con talento y entusiasmo para unirse a nuestro Equipo de Delivery de Data & AI. Tendrás responsabilidad end-to-end sobre el análisis, definición y puesta en marcha de los casos de uso de la plataforma informacional. Te apasiona mejorar la experiencia de cliente y cuentas con amplios conocimientos en modelos de datos para crear las bases de la toma de decisiones y proporcionar insights a nuestra clientela, organismos reguladores y al resto de la organización. Tus principales responsabilidades

• Tendrás responsabilidad end-to-end sobre el desarrollo de casos de uso informacionales para reporting y analítica.
• Contribuirás como miembro clave del squad, aportando un amplio conocimiento de modelos de datos, recogiendo los requisitos de negocio de los sistemas operacionales y elaborando mapeos de información para los miembros del equipo de desarrollo.
• En colaboración con diferentes squads y CoE (todos juntos), definirás nuevos requisitos sobre la Arquitectura Funcional de Datos y el Framework de Gestión de Datos (WoW, Glosario, Metadatos, Calidad del Dato, Gobierno del Dato…).
• Serás responsable de las definiciones de ready y done, así como de los criterios de aceptación de las historias de usuario en coordinación con el equipo.

¿Qué estamos buscando?

• Contribuyes al ING One Agile Way of Working y promueves el Orange Code.
• Cuentas con una titulación universitaria de grado o máster y un mínimo de 5 años de experiencia.
• Tienes experiencia demostrada en plataformas Data Lake y Data Warehousing, especialmente en modelado de Data Marts, procesos ETL y reporting, incluyendo diseño de propuestas de valor, mejoras de rendimiento y monitorización de la calidad de los datos de la plataforma.
• Conocimientos en marcos de Gobierno del Dato y Calidad del Dato.
• Conocimientos de herramientas de reporting como MicroStrategy, IBM Cognos y Power BI.
• Conocimientos sobre las nuevas tendencias en gestión de datos, como Data Fabric, Data Mesh y Data Virtualization.
• Experiencia trabajando en entornos ágiles durante más de 2-3 años.
• Capacidad para comunicarse de forma clara, tanto por escrito como oralmente, con diferentes partes interesadas (se requiere un nivel avanzado de inglés).
• Capacidad para participar en la definición estratégica de plataformas de datos, conectando la actualidad con la estrategia de negocio.
• Sólidas capacidades analíticas y habilidad para crear modelos que permitan tomar decisiones basadas en datos y hechos.
• Elevada capacidad analítica y de juicio (identificación de información clave, organización de problemas, investigación, aplicación de diferentes métodos de análisis, establecimiento de conexiones, etc.).
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, fomentando la interacción y alineación entre personas, Squads y Chapters más allá de las fronteras organizativas.
• Curiosidad, pasión por la innovación y seguimiento constante de las tendencias y avances en el mundo de los datos.
• Creatividad y actitud proactiva, con capacidad de pensar de forma innovadora y trabajar en equipos multidisciplinares dentro de un entorno ágil.
