You will co-construct the data infrastructure, ensure reliable data generation, and lead systems migration for a global project. What will be your mission?

• Data Governance : co-construct the data infrastructure across the region working closely with global BI teams to ensure quality, accessibility, homologation & scalability of the region databases
• Ensure automatic & reliable data generation through process building & optimization in coordination with Product & Operational teams. Build flowcharts and give visibility on how information is managed across MEA markets
• Responsible for building the source of truth for the business in the region by constructing layers of information needed, homologating business definitions & understanding the local particularities of MEA countries
• Lead systems data migration & become the regional owner for the Global Data Lake Project
• Decentralize access to data to empower local & international teams to generate more data driven decisions through Analytics databases. (DBs with precalculated business rules & connections for easy access to all the analysts in the region) & coordinate trainings with global teams for main databases
• Lead the creation of complex dashboards & visualizations in order to keep track of the results & facilitate decision making being the main data partner for the business areas (Ops, Customer, Expansion, Pricing, Planning)

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in data processing, BI or similar roles
• Fluency in English & Spanish
• Strong background in processing large datasets to generate insights (Advanced SQL Skills, databases building, ETLs)
• Proven skills working with data visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Google tools (Sheets, Scripts, Data Studio, etc)
• Ability to understand business needs, definitions and main performance indicators and deliver actionable insights & solutions
• Owner mentality : willingness to roll up sleeves and do whatever is necessary
• (Plus) Intermediate to Advanced Python
