Social You in Barcelona is seeking an analytics professional to turn customer, transactional, and behavioral data into actionable insights that influence revenue, productivity, acquisition, and customer behavior. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to shape analytics delivery and measure business performance.

The role involves building and refining KPI dashboards, presenting findings, and delivering production-ready analytics solutions using SQL and BI

Formación

• Experience building dashboards and reports with BI tools.
• Proficient in SQL for data manipulation in relational databases.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business deliverables.
• Experience working in data-driven environments and agile (JIRA).

Responsabilidades

• Extract, transform and load data from diverse sources (ETL/ELT).
• Shape analytical insight delivery using current and new technologies.
• Translate data into actionable insights and business deliverables.
• Present findings to stakeholders and contribute to strategy negotiations.
• Collaborate to build data products that enable effective reporting.
• Develop and monitor key metrics to measure business performance.
• Engage with stakeholders to refine dashboards and KPI mappings.
• Support end-to-end production-ready solutions.
