Job summary

TD SYNNEX Spain is seeking a Global Data Steward to join the Data Quality Team. You will administer Global Material Master Data activities, perform data integrity checks, and support governance initiatives across regions.

The role collaborates with multiple internal departments to identify improvement opportunities and leverage new technologies. The position offers hybrid work arrangements and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in data analysis/data management.
• Fluent in English is a MUST; Spanish not required but nice to have.
• Able to execute instructions and request clarification when needed.
• Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Attention to details, accuracy and efficiency.
• Able to communicate clearly with all levels of management.
• Able to promote ideas persuasively and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to drive tasks to completion.
• Able to work under pressure with high workloads and deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

About The Role

We are looking for a Global Data Steward in our Data Quality Team that will be responsible for the administration, analyses and support of the Global Material Master Data Activities. The person will collaborate within the team and across other internal departments to identify areas for improvement at Global Level.

What You Will Do

• Executes integrity checks, data quality reports (40%)
• Support Data Governance Program working with Material Master Regional Teams. (20%)
• Identifies, and supports improvement initiatives with regards to Material Master Data quality and productivity of the data management team. (15%)
• Administrates the Material Data Management system (20%)
• Find opportunities with new technologies on the market. (5%)
