Ebury is seeking a detail-oriented FCC Programme and Governance Analyst in Malaga/Leon to support data governance and reporting within Compliance Operations. The role focuses on data accuracy, process efficiency, and collaboration with the data team to drive automation and governance improvements.

The position offers a hybrid work model (4 days in office, 1 day WFH) and a clear path for progression within a fast-growing fintech environment. Strong English skills (C1) are required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor every step of the data process for timely completion.
• Maintain governance packs and ensure data is reflected correctly.
• Support the Compliance Project Manager in planning new projects.
• Prepare meeting packs and minutes.
• Create and improve data reporting.
• Collaborate with the data team on automation projects.
• Perform data quality checks.
• Perform data reviews and deep dives.
