Ebury is seeking a detail-oriented FCC Programme and Governance Analyst in Malaga/Leon to support data governance and reporting within Compliance Operations. The role focuses on data accuracy, process efficiency, and collaboration with the data team to drive automation and governance improvements.

The position offers a hybrid work model (4 days in office, 1 day WFH) and a clear path for progression within a fast-growing fintech environment. Strong English skills (C1) are required.

FCC Programme and Governance Analyst

Ebury is seeking an efficient, detail oriented Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Programme and Governance Analyst to join our Compliance Operations team, to support various projects and ongoing initiatives regarding data and governance. The programme and governance analyst has an eagle eye for detail, a drive for efficiency and great time management skills. Their duties will consist of creating reports, ensuring data is reflected accurately, collaborate with the data team to increase data automation and liaising with responsible owners for updates and ensuring that the data and governance projects and deliverables meet company goals and standards.

What You’ll Do
  • Monitor every step of the data process for successful and timely completion
  • Maintain various governance packs and ensure data is reflected correctly
  • Support the Compliance Project Manager in the planning of new projects
  • Prepare meeting packs for various meetings and prepare minutes
  • Create and continuously improve data reporting
  • Collaborate with the data team to work on automation projects
  • Perform data quality checks
  • Perform data reviews and deep dives

  • Familiarity with Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorist Financing (CTF)
  • Ability to generate analytical reports to measure programme impact
