Job summary

Atrevia is seeking a Data Evangelist & Communications Specialist to drive data literacy and promote analytics value across the organization. You will craft clear messages, develop enablement content, and collaborate with stakeholders to advance data-driven decision making.

AI-enabled content creation and strong storytelling will be central to your work. You will partner with technical and business teams, help scale enablement assets, and lead campaigns that raise awareness of analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Data/Analytics, or related field; 3+ years in communications, marketing, enablement, or analytics.
• Strong understanding of analytics concepts, data culture, and data adoption challenges.
• Experience using AI tools to create, adapt, or deliver communications, learning or analytics content.
• Understanding of AI-assisted analytics and how users interact with AI tools.
• Ability to translate technical content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Interest in structuring organizational knowledge for AI consumption and human understanding.
• Excellent English writing and presenting skills, with ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Experience with PowerPoint and data visualization tools (Power BI).
• Experience producing internal communications, newsletters, videos, or knowledge sharing content.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Promote data literacy and analytics adoption across the enterprise.
• Develop clear, business-friendly communications explaining analytics concepts.
• Create newsletters, blogs, internal updates, and learning content using AI tools.
• Lead initiatives to raise awareness of Analytics Enablement programs.
• Explore AI methods to improve content quality, relevance, and scalability.
• Support stakeholders in using AI tools to perform analytics tasks more independently.
• Provide business context and analytical guidance to improve AI reasoning.
• Collaborate with analytics and data teams to translate metrics into reusable AI context.
• Engage with leaders to ensure consistent messaging around analytics initiatives.
• Assist with learning and onboarding to foster data-literate culture.
• Define KPIs and measure engagement and impact of evangelism efforts.
