Job summary

Autodesk Spain seeks a Data Evangelist & Communications Specialist within the GDI Analytics Enablement Team to promote data literacy and drive adoption of data-driven decision making across the organization. You will craft engaging communications that translate analytics concepts into business value and develop scalable enablement content using AI tools.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to grow data culture, measure impact, and ensure trusted data and context guide analytics initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Data/Analytics, or related field and 3+ years in communications, marketing, enablement, or analytics in a data-driven setting.
Strong understanding of analytics concepts, data culture, and data adoption challenges in large organizations, plus familiarity with Data Science concepts.
Demonstrated practical experience using AI tools to improve creation, synthesis or delivery of communications, learning or analytics content.
Practical understanding of AI-assisted analytics, including framing questions and evaluating AI outputs.
Appreciation of trusted data, business context and human judgement in AI-enabled analytics, with ability to explain to technical and non-technical audiences.
Interest in structuring organizational knowledge for AI consumption and people, with AI-ready knowledge advantages.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to translate technical content into engaging narratives.
Comfort presenting data and storytelling using PowerPoint and Power BI; SQL coding and Snowflake preferred.
Experience producing high-quality internal communications, newsletters, videos, or knowledge sharing content.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally, with a proactive, creative mindset to drive adoption of analytics tools and resources.

Responsibilities

Evangelize Data and Analytics across the enterprise, promoting adoption of best practices, assets and KPIs.
Develop Communications Strategy: craft clear, business-friendly analytics communications.
Create and Curate Content: newsletters, blogs, internal updates, success stories and learning content using AI tools to scale.
Enablement Initiatives: lead events, learning paths and community forums for Analytics Enablement.
AI-Enabled Content Creation: use AI tools to create/adapt/maintain enablement content and learning materials.
Enable AI-Assisted Analytics: help stakeholders use AI tools to perform analytics more independently.
Create Context for AI Reasoning: curate insights and contextual knowledge for AI consumption by people and AI.
Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate across analytics, data and business leaders for consistent messaging.
Support Learning & Onboarding: enhance learning experiences with documentation and enablement.
Measure Impact: define KPIs and track engagement to evaluate evangelism efforts.
