Smadex in Barcelona is seeking a Data Engineering Team Lead passionate about big data and engineering challenges. You will lead a core group responsible for enhancing real-time bidding capabilities and managing extensive data pipelines.

The ideal candidate has over 6 years of data engineering experience, including leadership, and expertise in Spark and AWS. The role offers a great compensation package and career growth opportunities.

Formación

• 6+ years of software or data engineering experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to design and optimize complex real-time data pipelines.
• Strong debugging skills for complex distributed systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage Data Quality and Feature Engineering teams.
• Design scalable data pipelines for machine learning inference.
• Implement data observability and streamline data ingestion processes.
