The role involves working in a hybrid model, delivering training, and ensuring curriculum relevance. The ideal candidate has a background in data engineering, agile methodologies, and is keen on mentoring others.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or data platform development in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with lakehouse/data platform technologies.
• Solid understanding of lakehouse architectures and data modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive data engineering standards and best practices.
• Organize and facilitate Guild events to build an engaged community.
• Deliver training workshops for new and experienced data engineers.
