Job summary

Super is building a scalable Experimentation platform across Europe. We are seeking a Data Engineer to own the data backbone: Metric Store, evaluation pipelines, and production deployments.

You will work with Python, Airflow, Snowflake, and Kubernetes to ship reliable data services, collaborate with backend, data science, and product teams, and improve tooling for developers. You will deploy via Docker/GitOps, write RFCs, and contribute to data quality and trust through monitoring and hashing

Qualifications

• Strong Python engineering skills with well-tested production code.
• Experience with Airflow, Snowflake, and SQL at scale.
• Production service experience including CI/CD and Kubernetes.
• Clear written communication and RFC/documentation usage.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Metric Store, its API, and Git-backed workflows in the platform UI.
• Build and maintain evaluation and monitoring pipelines in Airflow on Snowflake.
• Deploy services to production end to end using Docker, GitOps, and CI/CD.
• Investigate data quality issues and ensure trustworthy metrics across dashboards.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, data scientists, and product managers, contributing RFCs and design docs.
