HCLTech is seeking a Data Engineer to strengthen our data capabilities in Spain. The role focuses on implementing enterprise-grade Python data solutions, building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, and ensuring robust production systems with monitoring and observability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable data products from development to deployment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Pandas/NumPy, data ingestion, cloud platforms

Formación

Experience developing enterprise-grade solutions in Python with Pandas/NumPy.
Background in data ingestion, preprocessing, cleansing, transformation, validation, and enrichment.
Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
Develop reusable frameworks for large-scale data processing.
Optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability.
Apply software engineering best practices: clean code, testing, reviews.
Experience with large production datasets and production support.
Transform prototypes into production-ready solutions.
Understand DevOps and SDLC; maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Monitoring, logging, alerting, observability for production services.
Support and troubleshoot production applications.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or others).
Strong stakeholder collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
End-to-end ownership from development to deployment and support.
Experience with Agile methodology.
