Insud Pharma invites applications for a Data Engineer MLE to join AI Labs in Madrid. You will design and deploy scalable data pipelines powering analytics and machine learning, collaborating with data scientists to productionize models.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ML workflow implementation, data quality, and scalable infrastructure. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with a focus on robust, maintainable code.

Formación

• Proficient in Spanish and English, written and verbal communication.
• Strong proficiency in Python, modular design, and code quality.
• Hands-on experience building data pipelines (ETL/ELT) using Python-based frameworks or custom solutions.
• Experience with ML workflows: training, evaluation, deployment and monitoring.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and service-based architectures (FastAPI/Flask).
• Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
• Experience with MLOps practices and orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect).
• Exposure to data storage systems (SQL/NoSQL, data lakes).
• Interest in NLP/LLM-based systems or scientific computing.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for analytics and ML use cases.
• Develop and productionize ML pipelines including training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to translate notebooks into robust, production-ready ML systems.
• Implement model deployment patterns (batch/real-time/hybrid) via APIs or scheduled jobs.
• Build feature pipelines and data abstractions for reproducible model behavior.
• Ensure data quality, versioning, and traceability across datasets and models.
• Optimize pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Platform teams for CI/CD and containerization.
