RCH Solutions seeks a Data Engineer specialized in knowledge graphs and semantic technologies to join our Data and AI Engineering team. This hands-on role requires ownership of the semantic layer end to end, from client scoping to production deployment.

You will build knowledge graphs in Stardog connecting fragmented life science data into computable models. You will work with data platform and AI engineers to shape semantic backbones for data mesh architectures, aligning with standards and

Competenze

• Hands-on experience delivering production knowledge graph solutions with Stardog.
• Experience with RDF/OWL/SKOS/SHACL and SPARQL in real-world projects.
• Ontology and taxonomy modelling for production-ready data models.
• Experience mapping & virtualising relational and semi-structured sources into a graph.
• Solid Python and SQL for data preparation and automation.
• Experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

Mansioni

• Design, build and evolve knowledge graphs in Stardog from concept to deployment.
• Model ontologies, taxonomies and vocabularies using RDF/OWL/SKOS and SHACL constraints.
• Write, optimise and troubleshoot SPARQL queries and rules over large graphs.
• Integrate heterogeneous sources via virtual graphs and mappings (R2RML, etc.).
• Run discovery sessions with SMEs to define defensible semantic models.
• Align internal models with life science standards and public ontologies.
