Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and production-grade data pipelines.
• Experience with GCP (BigQuery, DBT, Cloud Storage) and AWS, plus Databricks.
• Strong ETL/ELT, SQL, data modelling for structured and unstructured data.
• Exposure to AI/ML engineering: LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines.
• Experience with data integration patterns: REST APIs, streaming, orchestration (Airflow/Cloud Composer).
• Solid software engineering fundamentals: Git, CI/CD, testing, Docker, Terraform.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Intellectual curiosity and bias for learning in fast-moving data/AI environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise data pipelines that ingest, transform, and serve media data from external platforms using Python, Databricks, GCP, and AWS.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models and LLM-based workflows to generate media performance insights and activation intelligence.
• Build and maintain APIs and backend services that surface media data and AI insights to business users and downstream apps.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for pipelines and models to ensure reliability and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, and Architects to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Contribute to platform architecture decisions including Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD practices.
• Write clean, tested, well-documented code; participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies.
