Black & White Engineering is seeking a Principal Electrical Design Engineer to lead delivery of electrical design packages for major data centre developments. You will act as a technical authority, shaping resilient, efficient infrastructure and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

This senior role emphasizes leadership, mentoring, client engagement and design reviews, with opportunities to influence standards and drive value across international projects.

Formación

• Strong experience in electrical building services or critical infrastructure design.
• Proven capability delivering complex electrical engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical power distribution and associated design principles.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams and project stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and technical presentation skills.
• Relevant electrical engineering qualification and professional engineering background.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of electrical design packages across major engineering and data centre projects.
• Provide technical leadership on power distribution, critical systems and resilience strategies.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve integrated and efficient design solutions.
• Review and assure the quality of electrical engineering deliverables.
• Support project teams in resolving complex technical challenges throughout the design lifecycle.
• Participate in client meetings, technical presentations and design workshops.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to the development of engineering standards and best practices.
