International Engineering Consultancy seeks an Associate Electrical Engineer to lead the electrical design and delivery of data centre projects in Madrid and across Europe. You will steer early concept through detailed design, construction and commissioning, working with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires a strong background in electrical building services/MEP engineering, with data centre experience preferred.

Formación

• Strong background in electrical building services / MEP engineering.
• Data centre experience is highly advantageous.
• Ability to lead projects and mentor engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Leading the electrical design and technical delivery of major data centre projects
• Developing resilient and highly available electrical infrastructure for mission-critical environments
• Working across MV/LV distribution, UPS systems, standby generation, transformers, switchgear, lighting, earthing and critical power systems
• Reviewing calculations, specifications, drawings and technical documentation
• Coordinating electrical services with mechanical, structural and architectural disciplines
• Working directly with clients, contractors, developers and other project stakeholders
• Managing project deliverables, programmes and technical quality
• Providing technical guidance and mentoring to engineers within the team
• Supporting the continued growth of the consultancy's data centre capability in Spain and across Europe
