CBRE is seeking a Data Center Technician in Madrid to perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs within a Data Center operation. You will be part of the Critical and Technical Services team, handling technical maintenance services in client environments.

Responsibilities include site inspections, responding to BMS alarms, coordinating with vendors, and performing PM and reactive maintenance on all equipment while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Formación

• Training in a technical discipline with apprenticeship or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of job-related experience is preferred.
• Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs in a Data Center environment.
• Assist with daily site inspections of mechanical and engineering systems.
• Respond to Building Management System alarms and complete emergency repairs as needed.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and ensure compliance with processes and regulations.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance on equipment.
