The role involves providing on-site technical support, including server rack installations, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management. Formación

• Experience in technical support at data center facilities.
• Ability to lift 25kg+ equipment.
• Reliable transportation and proximity to local data centers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Remote Hands & Smart Hands support.
• Conduct server rack installation and decommissioning.
• Perform hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Manage cross-connect and patch panel.
• Conduct visual inspections and inventory audits.
• Coordinate escort and access for client visits.
• Be available for emergency response and on-call services.

Conocimientos

Hands-on experience with data center infrastructure

Knowledge of server hardware, networking, and cabling standards

Strong communication skills in English

Educación

Certifications: CompTIA Server+, Network+, CDCP, CCNA
